Nasty Stepmother of this poor child chopped her head off and turned her into dinner in the less well known Grimm tale of 'The Juniper Tree'. This piece was done for my MA in children’s book illustration. Although quite jarring with the head not being attached to the shoulders, I still think it's an attractive, pleasing image with the perfectly shaped Apple and the odd ear. which are actually quite complicated beasts to work out shape wise!

This print would be perfect for any home, kitchen or living room and prints make the perfect gifts.
